I work at a boutique in Montecito, CA. Megan called to the shop a couple months ago to find out if we still had an item in stock from her last visit here. She promptly made the purchase and after a very pleasant conversation she said that she would visit Santa Barbara again in the new year and would pick up the item then. Unfortunately the day she arrived in Santa Barbara I had closed the shop for two days due to a personal emergency. Prior to leaving, I was not able to put signs on the door to notify our clients and provide them with contact information. I received her voicemail the day I got back asking when I would be there. After driving 3-4 hours and waiting outside the shop for some time she had a very calm and patient demeanor on the message, definitely more than I would have been in her situation. I called her back immediately and made arrangements to ship the item to her home. Megan was so unbelievably kind and understanding. I am so lucky to have had such a positive experience with her.
